BLOCK MANAGEMENT AND HOME LEAK DETECTION SURVEYS – LOWERING YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUMS
We offer specialised leak detection services to homeowners, block management companies, and landlords, including bulk leak detection surveys and reports. These services are designed to address properties with high insurance premiums due to frequent ‘escape of water’ claims. Our tailored insurance reports can help you secure coverage, reduce your insurance excess per claim, or lower your insurance premiums.
As part of this service, we conduct pressure tests on your mains water supply feed, hot and cold feeds, central heating systems, and waste inlets and outlets.

UK Property Claims offers two options for managing and settling your insurance claim:
Option 1: Appoint a UKPC claims assessor and use the builders/contractors from their network of experts. Their services will be free of charge. The contractors who repair your home will be paid directly by your insurance company as part of your claim. UKPC will receive a fee from the insurance company for managing their network.
Option 2: If you prefer to use your insurer’s builder or opt for a cash settlement, UKPC can negotiate these options for you. You can still appoint a UKPC Claims Assessor in this scenario. A small percentage of the claim value (10%) will be charged. If a fee is required, it will be offset by the potential increase in the settlement achieved for you.
